Whether it is intentional or not, we are always manifesting something or another. If your energy is a low, negative vibe—well, that's what you'll attract more of. That's where you need to step in, so as not to allow that from becoming your finite reality. Instead, having a firm grip of the goals you want to see coming true for yourself will be your best bet in the journey of setting intentions, affirmations, and manifestation.

Often times we let life dictate what comes next, when instead we can take matters into our own hands. We get lost in a new job or two, new friendships, a new city, a new love, a new lifestyle. What was previously identified as a life-long goal turns into "a dream we once had," and we allow some poetic 9-5 lifestyle take over what we once thought we had a firm grip on.


What's stopping you from taking back that dream? What's stopping you from holding it strongly within your own grasp—your own control; from taking matters back into your own hands?

With the power of self-love comes the ability to know one's self, fully and truly. This, in turn, gives one the capability to manifest only more positive, desired energies and situations into one's life. If you find yourself feeling drained, powerless, or anything other than uplifted by any certain situation or individual, this is when you must re-evaluate the relationship you have with yourself in order to bring about more positive change.
