Blogger Baes + Closet Sale

SQUAAAAAD ASSEMBLEEEE! This set is very near and dear to my heart as it involves a collaboration with some of my absolute favorite people. And of course, the accompanying announcement of our very own blogger event! Join the squad and I for some fun times with good music, drank, food, photo booth madness and more all while shopping our closets this upcoming Sunday, October 4th in San Francisco (*more details below). We've got you covered for all sorts of seasons and styles to come! Brought to you by your friendly neighborhood squad goals.

Misacat and I joined forces with Eda of Luxe and Linen, lil princess Tiff of wongtiffany.com and of course Victoria of Victoria la Mode for this badass squad set. Don't forget to peruse through these babes Instagrams and blogs to get a better feel of some of the variety that will be present at the Closet Sale!

The baes and I opted for a denim, nude, white and black theme for this shoot - something that was overarching yet still properly displayed all of our individual tastes and aesthetics. And of course Melissa worked her magic behind the camera with such an ease and efficiency that never ceases to amaze me, creating this sorcery-filled end product that is presented to y'all here today.

These amazing ladies and I had our first group blogger date by chance at a Rocksbox influencer event and I thank my lucky stars that we came across each other almost daily. Our group chats are one of the few that don't make me want to throw my phone out a window and they literally always keep me laughing, grounded, and excited for what's to come. They motivate me to do and be better, and to keep moving forward with the hustle.

I chose to go with a frayed-edge denim shift dress from Missguided for the shoot, accented with a dainty black lace choker from Tobi layered with a triple-tier necklace from Nasty Gal and topped off with some simple white tennis kicks. Tiffany went with her signature all-black & Unif look with a hint of Topshop (because after all, they have the most amazing denim!) while Eda complemented my dress with her distressed boyfriend jeans topped off with a black crop and her signature pinned-up leather. Victoria helped tie us all together in her nude slip cami dress, leather jacket and gladiator sandal combination touched up with a hint of sparkle.

Supportive, empowering friends like these are the kind you keep around & do hoodrat tingz with. As always, thanks for making the time to stop by the blog. Be sure to come by and kick it with us at the closet sale! It will be from 1-5 pm at 381 Bush Street, #402 in San Francisco this Sunday, October 4th, 2015. **Cash is preferred for ease, though Square readers will be available. We can't wait to get into some mischief with you and your squad! ;) xx
